Not only does Adam Thompson clarify the legalities, he also tells you how to protect your content (notice anything new on this blog?).
He also suggests what to do if you should find someone has been stealing.

To me, this is a big issue. As I said in my comment, I am very concerned about protecting content. People who are not concerned probably don’t attempt to make their living through information. For those of us who do, this is a big concern.
