Author Law A to ZNext Tuesday evening you have the opportunity to get your most burning question about authors rights and other legal matters answered by two of the top speakers in the area of publishing law.

Sallie Randolph and Anthony Elia are authors of “Author Law A to Z, A Desktop Guide to Writer Rights and Responsibilities,” in which they reveal straight-forward how-to advice in an easy to understand manner for anyone in publishing.

On Tuesday, May 22, literary agent Terry Whalin will grill these two authors in a live, 70-minute teleseminar. You have the opportunity not only to listen to them talk about what writers need to know about legal matters, but to ask them your own question about copyrights, contracts–whatever burning question you have on the issue.

I asked them what is the most common and/or costly mistake authors make in their publishing contract. I can’t wait to hear the answer!

If you could ask Sallie Randoph and Anthony Elia ANY question you wanted about the legal issues related to writing and publishing, what would your question be?

The call will take place on Tuesday, May 22, at 8:30 p.m. EDT/5:30 PDT. Register even if you can’t make the live call, because you’ll receive the downloadable MP3 recording which you can listen to at your leisure on your own computer or ipod.

When you register, you will also receive 45 pages of invaluable information on publishing matters such as copyright, collaboration, confidentiality and copyright in cyberspace. It’s all FREE when you ask a question and register for this teleseminar.

This one call could save you lots of money with an attorney someday. If you know what things to look for and beware of, when it comes time to hire an attorney to look over your publishing contract, you’ll know what to look for and ask about ahead of time. Which will save the lawyer time and save you money.

Register right now. Once you submit your question, you’ll find out how to get phone access and webcast access to Sallie Randolph, Anthony Elia and Terry Whalin for this live teleseminar on May 22.

How do I find books already in the public domain so I don’t have to worry about infringing on an author’s copyright?
